The Shell Go+ points can be used to pay for Shell products, redeem Shell merchandise, or exchange points.

The Shell Go+ points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

The eGift may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.

Shell Go+ points credited to the wrong Shell Go+ account nominated cannot be refunded or revoked.

The eGift is subject to the terms and conditions of Shell Go+.
