Terms and Conditions

The Grab eGift is valid for use at GrabCar, GrabFood, GrabExpress, and GrabMart Philippines only.

The Grab eGift can only be used for a single transaction on the Grab app. Any unutilized amount will be forfeited.

The recipient must save the voucher on the Grab app of the user account using a mobile device only. It can't be redeemed via a computer, desktop, or any website.

Once successfully redeemed, go to the My Rewards section in the Grab app to locate the voucher.

The voucher does not apply to surcharges and platform fees, cannot be stacked with other promotions or discounts, is not transferrable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or points.

The Grab eGift may not be exchanged, refunded, or voided.

Grab reserves the right to vary and amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

The eGift may be subject to other terms and/or conditions of Grab.
