ShopeePay is Shopee’s official in-app e-wallet regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas that allows users to make safe and cashless payments.

Terms and Conditions

The eGift redemption is managed by EGSPay and its third-party service provider.

The eGift can be used to top up the ShopeePay account.

For top-up redemption, a daily transaction limit of P50,000 applies.

The eGift may not be exchanged or refunded

The eGift is subject to other terms and/or conditions of ShopeePay.

EGSPay reserves the right to cancel any orders/benefits if fraud or similar activity is suspected.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the applicable transfer fees before initiating a redemption.

Redemption of the eGift may be subject to additional terms and conditions and applicable fees imposed by the Service Provider.
